Coffee is my favorite ritual. I’ve been making aero press for years, since I’m the only coffee drinker (and morning person) in my house. Since moving to north Idaho, Evans Brothers is my favorite roaster, and their Steep n Deep instant coffee is so great for adventures and so beautifully packaged in a tea sachet.

I would drink my coffee on the Oregon coast with my childhood best friend Kara Meyers. I would sit with her without having to say or do anything. We could sip coffee and be there at the edge of the ocean.

Also, I have no idea how to tag Kara on here…

Yes to all of this! Also that Georgia O’Keeffe quote is so perfect.

I love my coffee in the morning. I usually get an espresso and take it to my office, where I do my morning meditation and then write in my journal. Just got finished with iteration 1. Now I am moving to the couch to be beside my hubby since it's saturday, and go for round two, which will include my art journal as well as my writing journal.

I love the morning coffee ritual. Either an aeropress or a chemex are my favorite home methods. I'd love to meet up with my friend Kyna for coffee and journaling in Central Oregon - hearing the birds do their morning ritual and watching the day unfold around us.

I just happened to be drinking my morning coffee reading this, too! My morning is definitely not a ritual, though I would like it to be. I hope to start building in more time to slow down and enjoy the start of my day instead of rushing into work. Right now though I would love to be sitting in a hammock in Costa Rica sipping coffee and doodling in a journal. 😊

When we go to bed, my husband often says “I can’t wait for coffee in the morning.” An ideal morning coffee ritual is coffee in my favorite mug from a local potter, sitting at the table with my husband and my sketch book/journal, watching my son play with his trucks. And the wood stove crackling.

I can’t wait for coffee tomorrow morning.
